The time has come! The 2017 Made In Rochester Game Festival is less than a week away!
More than 20 local developers will exhibit over two dozen games at the Irondequoit Public Library on September 30 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Grab lunch from the Le Petite Poutine food truck and explore the rest of the library for more gaming surprises (including a vintage Space Invaders cabinet in the Teen Room).
ROC Game Fest in the News! RIT University News wrote up a great article about the ROC Game Fest, and you can read about the ROC Game Dev community in the newest issue of the City Newspaper. Also thanks to Good Day Rochester for spending Thursday morning with us. Watch a replay of their report on FoxRochester.com.
Check out this amazing new poster for the 2017 Made In Rochester Game Festival!
If you’d like to help us promote the ROC Game Fest, please print out this beautiful piece of artwork (it fits best on 11×17 paper) and plaster it all over the county. And we hope you can join us at the Irondequoit Public Library on September 30 (Noon – 5:00 PM) for the chance to play games from more than 20 local developers at the only game convention in Rochester.
Big thanks to Rob “bclikesyou” Mostyn for creating the poster.
Game developers from all across the Rochester area will converge on the Irondequoit Public Library on September 30 for the first-ever Made In Rochester Game Festival. Play some amazing games, and meet the people behind your favorite (and soon-to-be-favorite) games.
Thank you to everyone who submitted applications to exhibit at the 2017 Made In Rochester Game Festival! We’ve received an overwhelming amount of applications from the Rochester game development community and registration is now closed.
The Exhibitor Application form will remain available, but anyone who applies after August 3rd will receive a table only if a current registrant withdraws.
The Made In Rochester Game Festival will be held on September 30th at the Irondequoit Public Library. Admission is free and open to the public. We hope to see you there!
