Speedruns Rochester

Speedruns Rochester is a coalition of speedrunners from UR, RIT, MCC, and the wider Rochester area. We play games with the goal to beat them as fast as possible. We’ll be putting on a showcase of some of our favorite games for your entertainment!

One Shot RPG With Avenue Studios’s BombSquad
12:00 PM – 4:00 PM // Room 214
Dan Stacy is the Legend Master from Avenue Studios’s BombSquad, an “Actual Play” YouTube show. He’ll be running “The Hunter’s Guild,” a One Shot RPG in the Open Legend system.
Players will choose from a list of pre-generated characters and dive right into a fantasy setting as paranormal hunters investigating a strange murder. The rules will be introduced and explained as the story unfolds and players will experience how flexible, easy, and fun this system is to run and play. This game is great for anyone regardless of experience with tabletop RPGs and can be adjusted for younger players if needed.
